From shipping times to drone laws in Australia, here’s everything you need to know before (and after) you take off.

Can I fly these drones legally in Australia?

A: Yes, but you will need to follow CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) rules. Recreational flying is simple, but if you’re flying commercially or near people, check the CASA drone safety guidelines.

How long does delivery take?

A: Most metro orders arrive in 1–3 business days. Regional areas may take up to 5 business days. You will receive tracking details as soon as it ships.

What if my drone arrives faulty or damaged?

A: Reach out with your order number and photos. We inspect everything before shipping, but if something is not right, we’ll replace or refund it.

What are your customer support hours?

We are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm AEST. If you contact us outside of those times, we’ll respond the next business day.
